Payouts are calculated and paid out immediately after a block is hit. Payout threshold is super low with 0.001 XMR which means even very low hashrates will see payouts.

I'm trying to figure out my payouts on those 2 last blocks (#3 and #4). I received about 15% share when my total average hashrate was +- 40-50% of Pool round's HR?

PPLNS can be confusing. The pool payout method is Pay-per-last-N-shares (PPLNS) where the miner's reward is calculated on a basis of N last shares. It means that when a block is found, the reward of each miner is calculated based on the miner contribution to the last N pool shares. Therefore, if the round was short enough all miners get more profit and vice versa. Block #3 took two months to find whereas block #4 took only one week and therefore payout was 4 times as much. Pay-Per-Last N Share system rewards miners only once the block has been found by the pool. This means that you will get paid only once the block has been found. Then the pool goes “back in time,” and checks for valid shares contributed before the winning block. This is called a time window. Miners get paid based on the valid shares that they have sent in that time window. PPLNS is meant for miners that do not hop from pool to pool and have a steady connection because you lose all your work (shares) if you disconnect from the pool before the block is found. That's painful when it took a long time to find the block, because you likely disconnected in between and those shares would have been dismissed from the calculation.
